Im from wagga wagga yes the is a availability problem of rentals expecailly the lower bracket type unit or hose say 175 - 250 per week
but by just building more will have no effect if somehow they can not be more afordable to renters including those who are working. Gee
you hear of "the old quote "Go get a job" so much. Well then to those landlords who cant afford the expenses morgage ect and then chuck all the
expence onto the renters, say to them "Go get a job" get one that can pay for there expences
