Healthy Superfood Salad

I haven't posted recipes for awhile as I have been trying a lot of new and healthy recipes. Some really delicious and others not so nice.
I'm going to post a few of the good ones.
This first salad is packed with goodness including kale which I was never a fan off until this salad.

Ingredients
Salad
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
4 cups baby spinach
100g feta cheese cubed
1 cup kale chopped
1/2 red/ purple onion thinly sliced
Dressing
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of either honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
Salt n pepper to taste
Method
Salad
1. In a large salad bowl add chopped kale and massage and squeeze for 5 minutes ( see notes)
2. Add all other salad ingredients to kale and toss
Dressing
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, blender or use a hand blender and blitz until smooth
Pour dressing over salad and enjoy
I have this salad by itself as a main but hubby has a nice of chicken or a crumbed chicken tenderloin with it
NOTE
When ever I use kale I massage for 5 to 10 minutes. It's so important as this step tenderises it. I won't eat kale unless This step has been done. And kale is a real superfood
