Healthy Brown Rice and Salmon Patties Recipe

Looking for an easy and healthy dinner recipe? These brown rice and salmon patties are a great option. They’re packed with protein and nutrients and are very easy to make. You can cook them in the oven or fry them in a pan (or even an air fryer!)
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked brown rice
-1 can (120 grams) pink salmon, drained
-1 egg, beaten
-1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/4 lime
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix together cooked brown rice, salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5. Serve with lime and a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
