Have You Done A DNA Test
If you have done a DNA test, did you have any surprises
My half sister did her DNA test and my granddaughter popped up on hers due to my daughter doing my granddaughter's one
MY father was adopted and we knew his name was Harold Moffat at birth.
Now what came back on his side were the names Harold P Holloway from Tasmania indicating this could be his biological father. A name Mary Moffitt also popped up that this could be his mother also from Tasmania.
Now my sister has sent messages to their children who had also done a DNA test.
Another story , my daughters best friend never knew her father, her mother said he was dead.
She took a DNA test and found him. She looks exactly like him and his daughter. He told her he never knew about her , that he was only with her mother for a short time. Now she has moved from Sydney to Taree to be closer to him.
It's amazing what comes from our DNA.
Remember doing your DNA test to find relatives will only work if they have also done their test.
