Guess which Home and Away star is joining Dancing with the Stars!

If you’re a fan of reality competitions, then you’re likely familiar with the popular show Dancing with the Stars.

And fans of Channel 7's much-loved show, Home and Away, will be delighted to know that one of the Summer Bay favourite's stars, Emily Weir, has signed up to compete in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars!

We all love Mackenzie in Home and Away, but now we'll get a chance to see a different side of actress Emily Weir as she takes to the glitzy stage of Dancing with the Stars.

Emily, who plays a popular character in the iconic Australian soap, couldn't be more eager to hit the dance floor. Her excitement is evident as she explains that she couldn’t wait to get out on the dance floor.

Her fans will be rooting for her as she slips on her dazzling dancing shoes and faces the panel of judges, which includes Todd McKenney, Mark Wilson, Sharna Burgess, and Craig Revel Horwood.

But the question on everyone's mind is: Does Emily Weir have what it takes to shine on the dance floor as brilliantly as she does on the sandy shores of Summer Bay?

To give us a taste of what might be in store, Channel 7 shared a sneak peek of Emily's grand entrance into the show’s rehearsal studio on social media.

With her trench coat in place, hiding the sparkles underneath, she offers up ‘Summer Bay’ as the secret password for entry. Eager to let her inner dancer shine, she throws off her trench coat to reveal a glittering dance dress that would make any disco ball jealous.
