Green Tea Collagen Gummies

I’m on a bit of a fitness journey so I appreciate a good low-calorie, healthy snack. This has become a staple in my weekly meal prep as a grab-and-go treat.

There are also many benefits of gelatin (including support for a healthy gut, hair, skin, nails, bones and cartilage).

I thought I’d share the recipe!

I'm on a huge health diet atm and I'm making healthy shots, smoothies and meals.

I've been researching Good Gut ideas and will post soon recipes I'm making. I want to try everything and make changes first.

I was reading how your stomach is like your 2nd brain and is something if not taken care off can lead to many illnesses and disease's.

I didn't think gelatine was that good for you

Gelatin can cause an unpleasant taste, sensation of heaviness in the stomach, bloating, heartburn, and belching. Gelatin can cause allergic reactions in some people. Start with a small serving 1/2-1 tablespoon per day and slowly increase your dose every few weeks as tolerated.

gelatin may have detrimental effects on kidney function and increase the risk of acute kidney injury

Great point @Suzanne rose! I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating the whole batch in one day, it usually lasts me around four days 😊 everything is only good in moderation I suppose!
