Guy goes into the dentists and says how much for 4 teeth out?
Dentist says about $1000 all up.
Guy says how much without anaesthetic?
Dentist says well it will be $400 but its gonna hurt ... a lot.
Guy says no worries, I wanna save the money, book my wife in as soon as possible.

Back in the '40's when my sis., bro & self were kids, we would put our teeth which came out in a glass of water beside the bed. The next morning when we woke up, the tooth fairy had put a "Tray" bit (3d) in the glass for us. "WOW", we thought we were in "Heaven" with our riches.

Just as a side note, how many of us out there would go to buy lollies as a youngen ? My way was that spending a "Tray Bit", I would buy ones that were 4 form a 1d. I would get 2 of each to have 6 mixed lols where U had something to chew on &, value for money. I reckon that a vast majority of members did the same.
AHH, the Good Old Days where the youngens found many ways to entertain themselves with, & without getting into strife doing anything wrong. I know that we had fun.

I'd like to buy a 2nd hand top plate, break all the teeth off, put it all on a tray, and leave some money on the tray.
Then when granny or gramps would wake in the morning with their teeth in glass of water hidden, see the expression on their face after the tooth fairy had been.

Thank you. I really try to make everyone have a laugh. If I can, it makes me happy that I can at least put a smile on somebody's face and make their day a bit better. Even if they laugh at me as well as with me. A lot of people makee laugh as well. Have a nice day.

I wonder where used dentures go? Never seen them in cash converters etc .... Specsavers takes old glasses for 3rd world countries, I wonder if dentures go there as well .........
