University of Melbourne researchers have created an app that makes screening for cerebral palsy easier and faster.

Parents can now record short videos of their baby’s movements at home and send them to specialists for review. This can be life-changing, especially for families in rural areas who might struggle to access hospital appointments.

Early detection means treatment can start sooner, improving outcomes for children. Isn’t it wonderful how technology can bring healthcare closer to families?
