Get your hands on this ALDI Christmas decoration: ‘It’s well-crafted’

What could be more delightful than giving your home a festive touch with Christmas decorations that won’t strain your budget? With just 52 days until Christmas, the hunt for great holiday deals is on.

Christmas decorations have been launched in stores across Australia, and while there are plenty of affordable options to add to your cart, there’s one item in particular that bargain hunters are flocking to.

Now that the festive season is upon us, the German supermarket ALDI has brought in Christmas decorations, and one item, in particular, is generating quite a buzz among holiday enthusiasts.

Savvy shoppers have been sharing their opinions on the Winchester Luxury Pre-lit Christmas Tree on social media, with many saying they're looking forward to getting their hands on one themselves.

This charming 7-foot tree is available for $149—quite a deal for a Christmas tree of this size, especially when it comes adorned with 300 LED lights on its branches!

And the delighted shoppers flocked in just like you'd witness at any Special Buys sale.

‘I think it's $149, and yep, the lights are built in. According to what people have said about previous years, they last quite a few years too,’ one person remarked.

‘I got it last year, and I adore it,’ another person shared.

Another curious shopper was eager to understand what it was precisely about the tree that made it outstanding, discount price notwithstanding.

‘It’s so quick and simple to assemble, is wonderfully dense, features built-in branch lights with various colour options, all at a fantastic price, and it’s well-crafted.’

‘I have their standard 6ft tree, which is over 15 years old and is in the same excellent condition as when I initially purchased it. It comes in three pieces, and the branches just unfold, making it incredibly fast and easy for the shopper to set up. It looks like a higher-end tree, top-quality.’

Now, while some argue that the tree bears a resemblance to those in the Balsam Hill online range, there will be differences in the quality of the artificial pine branches.

When comparing designs, the Berkshire Mountain Fir comes the closest. The 198cm tree was originally priced at $1,199 but is currently available for $649 on sale.

So, if you’re working with a budget, seeking an easy setup, and aiming to avoid the hassle of untangling Christmas lights each festive season, the ALDI tree is an excellent choice.

According to ALDI Australia Shopping Expert Kylie Warnke, the team behind ALDI's Christmas offerings is enthusiastic about providing an affordable pre-lit tree during a time when we're all mindful of our spending.

‘We want shoppers to go big on the little things this Christmas and by shopping at ALDI they can. With such great value decorations on offer, everyone can get involved in the festive cheer.’

‘Our trees start from an affordable $59.99, and we have a range of quality LED solar lights to choose from that will make you the envy of the street including hanging icicles for under $15, novelty lights for under $14 or inflatable Santa for $24.99.’

In addition to Winchester Luxury Pre-lit Christmas Tree, you can also add a Solar Tinsel Dinosaur priced at $49.99 to decorate your home.

You just can't beat this time of the year...it's exciting for the Children, often expensive for the mums and dads, brings families together to enjoy each others company whilst enjoying a lovely meal together. As we get closer to the day of celebration, you cannot help but to enjoy the goodwill in the air. The children then prepare themselves for that fateful sleep on Christmas eve, whilst parents busy themselves with wrapping the last of the presents to put under the tree. And then the kids are up, no sooner than many just fell into bed and the mayhem begins. So look forward to this time of year. ps Please don't forget our seniors who may be at home alone this year, or neighbors who may be doing it a little tough. God Bless.🤗😉

That is so sweet 😍I’m an oldie home alone but that’s my choice. Christmas means nothing to me anymore it’s for the kidlets which I don’t have.😍

I have the most beautiful Christmas tree, for 4 years now. It's still beautiful.
I have had the same tree for over 20 years and it is still as good as the day I purchased it - I am amazed! No built in lights though - still have to get dizzy walking around and around with the fairy lights.
