Get perfect curls for less! The $22 Kmart curling wand that's taking the internet by storm

One of the best parts about being in your elderly years is that you no longer have to put up with other people's nonsense. You know what you like, and you're not afraid to ask for it – or go out and get it yourself!

This also extends to your beauty and hair care routine. After years of experience, you know exactly what works for you, so why should you have to compromise?

Unfortunately, as we age, our hair often becomes drier, thinner and more delicate. This can make finding the right products very difficult (not to mention expensive). But don't worry, members – we're here to help!

We've found a high-quality curling wand that's taking the internet by storm thanks to its amazing results… and it has a very reasonable price tag! It retails for just $22 at Kmart. That's a far cry from the hundreds of dollars some people spend on their hair equipment.

In a post shared on the Kmart Mums Facebook group, one user showed off pictures of her daughter's luscious curls after using the wand.

'$22 [is an] absolute bargain in my opinion,' the mum wrote.

In the picture, the young girl's straight hair stands out sharply against the bouncy, silky curls created by the wand.

The post captured the attention of several members who were astounded by the outcome and were anxious to give it a try themselves.

One user shared: 'I did my own yesterday and was it fiddly to try to work out where to place my hands, haha but I got it in the end and it was super easy.'

'Super easy to do and it was so quick!' another said.

'I've curled her hair with the straightener before and it takes forever with her hair! This was done in 10 minutes! And a wide tooth comb brush out.'

A third chimed in: 'I've been eyeing this off! Thanks for sharing.'

The versatile product, according to the product description on its label, can produce 'soft, tumbling waves to big, tousled curls.'

It read: 'The wand curler takes care of all your hair styling needs right at home.'

The product's value has also been confirmed on Kmart's website, where it has received multiple of five-star reviews from people who have bought it for themselves.

One customer wrote: 'Does the same as more expensive brands, very happy.'

The Kmart wand curler appears like an economical yet high-quality option at a time when hair products are so expensive, with many buyers paying $899 for the popular Dyson Airwrap.

There's no denying that feeling good about your appearance can give you a confidence boost. Whether you're getting ready for a special event or just want to feel extra special, taking the time to curl your hair can make all the difference.

I let my hair do its own thing, it refuses to hold a curl so I've given up trying.

Remember when mum used to roll my sister's hair with white rag material overnight to put curls into her hair. That's going back about 60 years l think, but l know this practice goes back further for some people here.

I couldn't find this curler! I asked where would their Monday clearance be, again they looked at me like I was crazy. She explained they markdown items whenever they need to on any day off the week. She said she heard that rumour about Mondays and said it was internet garbage

That is 2 kmarts I went to on a Monday
