G’day, friends! Another Monday, another fresh start! Hope your weekend was as good as mine—I spent it with the lovely SDC team, and let me tell you, nothing beats good company and a perfectly cooked steak! (Hats off to our chef, Blue!)

We ate, we laughed, and wrapped it up with a fun watch party! Our lineup? Wicked, Severance, and a so-called horror film that turned out to be anything but scary.

Ours at Yarrabilba in Logan Qld wasn't the weekend we wanted Waiting on Alfred to decide what it was doing, then lashing us with over 120klm winds and over 300mm rain each day and night Shops are empty of food. Power out, and flooded roads No phone coverage, but we have wifi thats working in one bedroom of our home So at least I can get online for the SDC news

Hopefully everyone in SE Qld are well, and not to much damage to homes

I just cooked a pork chop covered in salt and pepper, rest chop when cooked. Add garlic to pan and add Italian herbs, then Chardonnay and sour cream. Re add chops and serve..
