Funniest scam ever heard

Morning to everybody, my name is Mick Carmody here is something to put a smile on your face. Yesterday 11/5/2023, my mobile phone rang and I answered it and the following happened, it went like this. This is a recording a possible illegal attempt was tried twice on your ebay card, the first one was $1.3 million and the second was $300,000 was the second. The rest of the text I cannot tell you because I was laughing so hard I had tears of laughter rolling down my face then they hung up.
#1. Ebay does not have a card like this
#2. I do not have $1.3m
#3. I do not have 300, 000
So as you can see who ever this was should apply for Donald Trump's financial advisor

Oh, dear! Hahaha! I'm glad you were able to spot it, but it still sounds quite scary to receive a call like that! Please stay safe ❤️

Oh, and welcome to the forum, of course! Can you tell us more about yourself? We love having a chat with the new members :)

My name is Mick Carmody I am 67 yrs old and live in a suburb of Brisbane. My wife and i live in an aged care facility because she has had a tripple by-pass as well as sarcoidosis on the lungs and heart, I have FTD Dementia which is starting to head south in a big way, but hey every day is a new one.
I have a lot of fun with scammers, everybody knows about the $350 investment scam which promised everything.
This lady rang my wife and claimed she was incharge of my wife's case. My wife got frightened so she gave the phone to me. I asked who she was she didn't tell carrying on as though she was a financial guru. I said where are you calling from She said Perth. Isaid OH, good can you tell me the capitol of South Australia, she went off her nut, I said I know you are not, she said are you calling me a liar, no I said. Explain what exactly is going to happen to my $350, how do I pay it, you don't she said (here is where the rapid fire questions from me start) oh so it doesn't cost me a cent, no that's not what I said I said yes it was. Alright tell me what happens to my money because if you can't explain this phone conversation will end. She said they. interrupt. whos are they. Don't interrupt please ( she is rattled, now time for some fun) she said they use a system called USB, I can buy one of those from my supermarket and it won't cost me that much. What are you going to invest my money into. RUSSIAN OIL, why when no one else in the world is. Strike one. You still haven't told methe capitol city of South Australia. Long pause. Let me help you I said, it's Sydey isn't it she said I tried to tell you that, ok where is Perth north or south,, north she said next to Darwin
I love trying this one on. I said have you ever heard of triangulation of a phone call. She said no. I said look out of your window if you see a couple of strange men that you have never seen before, pack up your shit and get out now, you are about to be raided. the phone goes dead. I have many more, love scammers.
