Hi all. To change the subject - H E L P !!!
I'm a GREAT fan of UK TV Comedy, can anyone help me with a problem ???
For about a month, I've been racking my brain, trying to think of the title of a UK Comedy. It's driving me UP the wall !
I'll tell you what I remember about it. And, hopefully someone might be able to help me with a TITLE.
OK - So, It's set in Harrogate, the Spa town in Yorkshire. The Heroine is vivacious brunette named Sonya, who owns a Ladies Hair Salon. The Hero is a mild-mannered owner of a Stationery Shop. (Rather like the Hero in the Dear John Series.
One day, she phones him, and tells him that HER Husband and HIS Wife are having an Affair. Most of the rest of the series centre's around their attempts to catch them "AT IT" - AND that's about it. Possibly, HE is played by Ralph Bates, who was the Male Lead in Dear John, BUT I'm not sure.
