I was never all that keen on Abbott and Costello but I always thought this skit was great, this one here is not so good as another performance of this that I saw some time ago that included the section of when the players get paid and who signs for his cheque etc etc

My dad use to take me to see them at the New Cross Empire I really thought them funny,now I wonder why

These two were so funny...as was another couple of guys named Laurel and Hardy.....great laughs back in the day and still hilarious to this day.....then there was The Three Stooges also, Curly, Larry and Mo....LAUGHTER GALORE.
