Red Rooster is probably our favourite chicken outlet. We only buy the BBQ and it's always nice. Latest meal was roast dinner with veggies and gravy.
Every purchase since we became seniors has attracted a nice discount from Red Rooster when we ask for it at the register.
I found out about the Loyalty program some years ago, thinking, what a good idea.
When I looked into it, they said you can only have one ... either the discount every time you buy, or the occasional free be on the loyalty membership. I think the discount is 10%.
I suppose it all depends on how frequently you go there, and how long it takes for the free meal to come in the loyalty rewards. My spreadsheet says, hands down, go for the discount.
