*FOR ALL MEMBERS WITH A HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK OR LIVE EMAIL ADDRESS * Email Deliverability Issue

I hope you're all well
Unfortunately, we have a bit of sad news for our members with a Hotmail, Outlook or Live email addresses. We have had an influx of members email us saying they aren't receiving our daily newsletter. We have discovered that our newsletter is actually now going to the 'Spam' or 'Junk' inbox in ALL of our Hotmail, Outlook and Live email addresses.
We have no idea what has triggered this and we are working tirelessly to try and fix the issue. We are so, so sorry for the inconvenience as we know so many of you enjoy receiving your daily newsletter and we don't want you to think that we aren't sending it to you!
So here's what you can do to try and fix the issue on your end:
Check your Spam and/or Junk inbox in your email inbox. You will likely see our newsletters in there. You can move our newsletters from your Spam and/or Junk inbox by simply following these steps:
- Log into your account on Outlook.com website (this is the same for Hotmail and Live)
- Go to the Junk Email folder.
- Select an email or multiple emails that you want to move.
- Right-click on it, and then select Move.
- Select Inbox from the list so it will be moved to that folder i.e. your main inbox.
- Check the Inbox folder and see if the emails will appear from there.
If this is too difficult / challenging, we post out daily newsletter right here in this forum thread every day, so you can always check the newsletter here too.
