I loved and still love this show, has always been a fond childhood memory. As a child it was funny and your imagination could enjoy the fun and silly things they got up to.

A girl I was at school with had 2 older brothers named Bill & Ben so her nick name was "weed". Very fond memories of watching this along with Mr Squiggle & Miss Jane. Like so many of the old children's shows definitely lots of double meanings to entertain kids both old and young.

My brother Wayne was Nick named Bill after this show and now in his late 50s is still called Bill never Wayne. He used to sing the song in class which is how it started

Absolutely loved this show as a child. Don't forget it was before the whizz bang animations we see now. My favourite was "Little Weed".
