Arthur and Robert Bunning opened their first store in Western Australia. Picture this: a quaint sawmill, a dream, and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit—and voila! In 1907, they officially became Bunning Bros. Fast forward to December 1993, Bunnings unveiled its inaugural big box store, adorned with the iconic green and red branding, in Melbourne.

From those humble beginnings, Bunnings has grown into a beloved household name. What started as a small endeavour has blossomed into a story of warmth, connection, and the joy of making homes even homier. Now, I’m wondering if they also had sausage sizzle back then…
