Find out what IKEA has in store for shoppers this coming Black Friday!

It's that time of year again: Black Friday sales are back, and this time, they're bigger and better than ever before!

The annual sale event has become increasingly popular, especially for shoppers who love finding great deals!

Just about everyone loves a good bargain, that’s why we’re particularly excited to share the news that homewares giant IKEA is offering 15 per cent off the recommended retail price across its entire collection of furnishings during its Black Friday sale.

This promotion runs from 12:00 am on Friday, November 24, until 11:59 pm on Monday, November 27.

IKEA is also boosting its Buy Back program for its IKEA family members. During the Black Friday sale, IKEA will offer an extra 50 per cent off in value when you sell back eligible items to the store.

To make the most out of the Black Friday experience, Artsiom Tsalko, IKEA Australia’s Country Selling Manager, says that there is no better time than now to start all those DIY projects that we perhaps have put on hold around the house.

'We have already lowered the prices of many products across our range recently to be as affordable as possible,' Tsalko said. 'Now we’re adding an extra 15 per cent off for Black Friday, so there’s never been a better time to start finishing those projects and dreams that may have been put on hold around your home.'

And what better way to jumpstart your shopping spree during Black Friday than by taking advantage of these few highlights within IKEA’s 15 per cent off range:

Make sure to jot down this list as quickly as possible, however, as all good things come to an end. The sale is said to end promptly at 12:00 am on Tuesday, 28 November.

But don’t worry if you’ve missed out! For IKEA Family members, there are plenty of benefits year-round, even after the Black Friday sales have ended.

For instance, IKEA is currently offering discounts to Family card holders, enjoying a 50 per cent reduction in the price of a small breakfast, which is available until 11:00 am over the sale weekend. Plus, any cake purchased between 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm will receive a free hot drink with it.

As if these generous discounts weren’t good enough, IKEA allows individuals to rack up rewards when they purchase products in-store or online.

My daughter and I travelled to IKEA in Canberra and she was able to get over $100 off a dressing table. She was very happy I must say.
