For awhile now I kept coming across this recipe the Country Singer Faith Hill Makes , then a couple of weeks ago decided to make it and glad I did. I shared the recipe with my daughter and she made it on Sunday and her family loved it

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
- 2 cups plain flour, plus more for the pan
- 2 cups caster or white sugar
- 1 teaspoon bi carb soda
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup buttermilk ( I have previously put up a homemade recipe for buttermilk)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons Coca-Cola
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1: Make the batter
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C or 155°C fan-forced Grease and flour a 13×9-inch baking pan and set aside.2 In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar and bi carb soda . Set aside.
