Fact of the Day: Not just one, but three?!
Did you know that an octopus has three hearts? Interesting, eh, but why do they need three?

Two out of three hearts pump blood to their gills. Meanwhile, one heart is in charge of pumping blood to the rest of the body.
Yet, when they swim, the third heart actually stops pumping!
