Christmas is still a few weeks away, but plenty of supermarkets are already teeming with special seasonal items and decorating their stores to fit the holiday’s festive theme.
Many shoppers are also eagerly awaiting the sale of limited-edition Christmas items.
And that includes the much-anticipated return of one of ALDI’s most popular items.
As we all know, Christmas is the time to eat good food (in moderation!) and enjoy some festive cheer with friends and family.
And what better way to do that than with ALDI’s Christmas Gin Crackers?
We hope you're as excited as we are because the boozy snack will be back on the shelves starting this month (November 16, to be precise) – just in time for your holiday shopping.
‘We know our customers will be excited to see the Gin Crackers back on ALDI shelves as they start thinking about preparations for the big day,’ said Paul Handley, the Spirits and Beer Buying Director for ALDI Australia.
The Christmas Gin Crackers come with individual 50ml bottles of premium British gin. The summer-inspired flavours include Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin and London Dry Gin, Belgravia London Dry Gin and Pink Gin, JJ Whitley London Dry Gin and Edgerton Spiced Blue Gin.
There are six crackers in each set, which is available to buy for just $39.99 – perfect for a late-afternoon cocktail.
The crackers are also made to look like mini-tuxedos, which is a fun addition to your Christmas spread this year. Keeping it classy, right?
‘The set includes 6 delicious British gin variations from Wild Berry to Spiced Blue, and are a great way to put a grown-up twist on the festive tradition. The Gin Cracker set will be joined by a range of carefully selected beer, spirit, and liqueur Special Buys from just $14.99 making it easy for ALDI shoppers to find the ideal gift to suit their budget this Christmas,’ Mr Handley shared.
Other deals from ALDI’s Beer, Spirit and Liqueur line-up include a Mumm Champagne Gift Pack with two flutes ($59.99), a Brick Lane Craft Beer Pack – you get a set of 12 in one mixed pack – ($32.99), and a bottle of O’Donnells Christmas Pudding Country Cream Liqueur ($14.99). That last one sounds particularly delicious!
