Here are the ingredients you need:

1. Two tsp of sesame oil
2. 600g of beef rump steak or Scotch fillet steak, thinly sliced
3. A red onion, cut into wedges
4. A bunch of baby broccoli, halved lengthways
5. A bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into 7cm lengths
6. 160 ml of teriyaki sauce
7. Half a cup of walnuts, lightly toasted
8. Steamed jasmine rice, to serve

Kick things off by heating up some oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Now toss in one-third of the beef, you’ll want to stir-fry it for about 2 minutes or until it has browned nicely. Once finished, take the beef and place it in a bowl. Repeat this step in 2 more batches with the remaining beef.

Grab the same pan and add the remaining oil. Add in the onion, baby broccoli, and asparagus. Let them cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Return the cooked beef to the pan, along with the teriyaki sauce and walnuts. Stir-fry the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes or until the sauce boils and thickens slightly.

Divide the rice and beef stir-fry among serving bowls and voila, enjoy your beautiful and delicious creation. Members, this teriyaki-style dish is one of our favourites and we’re sure it’ll become a go-to of yours too.
