1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

500g Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken mince

100g Lee Kum Kee ready sauce for san choy bao

100 grams Lee Kum Kee ready sauce for san choy bao

225g Woolworths sliced water chestnuts, drained, chopped

225 grams Woolworths sliced water chestnuts, drained, chopped

4 spring onions, thinly sliced

1 pkt Woolworths cos hearts lettuce (2 pack)

1 pkt Woolworths cos hearts lettuce (2 pack)

100g Chang's fried noodles

100 grams Chang's fried noodles


Description

This great value san choy bow is the answer to a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner.

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add mince to the pan. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Step 2 of 4

Add sauce, water chestnuts and half of the onion. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, separate lettuce leaves, then rinse and pat dry with paper towels and place on a serving board.

Step 4 of 4

Spoon mince mixture into lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with fried noodles and remaining onion. Serve.
