Easy pan cleaning

I have found after cooking or frying any products , I simply put a small amount of hot water into the bottom of the pan then place a layer of paper towel onto it, i leave it for a hour or two, or overnight, then when ready, simply lift out the paper which has absorbed all the fat and bits and rinse out the pan with hot water. i find this way most if not all of the fat and food bits are removed , and especially with non stick pan there is no scrubbing or risk of scratching, it works for me!.
