Easy No Peep Baked Chicken

This is called no peep because you cover and put in the oven until it's cooked
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of each long grain and wild rice I will sometimes use the uncle Ben's packet of rice I stock up when half price
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted or condensed tomato soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1-1/2 cups 375mls water
- 4 chicken leg quarters, skin on
- 1 packet french onion soup mix
