Easy Corn Fritters

Ingredients;
1 x 410 g creamed corn

2 eggs lightly beaten
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Method :
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined
2. Coat the bottom of a frypan with oil and place over a medium heat.
3. Drop tablespoons of mixture into pan , with a knife gently spread out slightly and shallow fry for approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4 . Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel and repeat procedure until all mixture is cooked.
Serve with tossed salad
