Mum would make this for me when I was coming home from school in the holidays…her recipe was a little bit different!! But I am sure this one would be equally as delicious
Sweet foods were not on our menu!!!!!

You can also use gluten free cornflakes. Which should be gluten free anyway, but unfortunately major brands add gluten.

One of my all time favourites. Just for a little diversion I add craisins to the mix as well. Yum 😋
