Easter Recipes (Easy to Difficult)

Easter is fast approaching, so I thought I'd share a few recipes that I'm considering trying this year!

Difficulty:

Easy: Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies

Medium: Orange-scented schiacciata

Hard: Lemon cake with fudgy Lindt Bunny centre

A favourite I plan to recreate are the Carmel Cookie Cups shown below. This one is so easy you don't even need a recipe. Use your favourite biscuit base (or even a premade cookie dough) and push it into a muffin tray for the shape. Cook and once out of the oven and cooled, add tinned caramel. Add melted chocolate on top to seal and for an Easter touch, add your favourite Easter egg (I recommend Mini/ Speckled eggs for the crunch).
