You can put these beauties in a casserole or stew recipe and ingredients
1 3egg whites
2 half a cup cottage cheese
3 2tablespoons water
4 1 cup flour
Half teaspoon of salt

Mix eggs cottage cheese and water
Fold in flour and salt just so it gets firm
Tablespoons of mixture in casserole or stew cover and cook 15mins
