Does regular sex stop prostate cancer?

There is this question that I always have in my consultations: “Doctor, is it true that to avoid prostate cancer you have to have regular intercourse?” 🤔 .

To answer this question, we must first understand what happens to the prostate when we have frequent sexual intercourse 🤔.

Naturally, the genital tract produces fluid (called semen) for reproduction and the prostate plays a role in producing a substance that mixes with this fluid to enrich it 🧐.

The liquid produced remains retained in the genital tract and it is during sexual intercourse that this liquid is evacuated by ejaculation 😳.

In a person who does not have frequent sexual intercourse, this fluid remains stored in the body for a long time and can cause problems 😟.

Some of the chemical and toxic waste that the body wants to eliminate will accumulate in this stagnant liquid in the genital tract 😕.

These chemical wastes will eventually cause changes in the functioning of the prostate and can lead to the development of prostate cancer 😕.

Once the cancer develops, it will be very painful to urinate and this cancer can also affect other parts of the body like bones, lungs and liver leading to m. or certain 😔.

From the age of 45, it is essential for all men to regularly visit the doctor 👨🏾‍⚕️ for a prostate check-up because you can have prostate cancer without any symptoms 😟🆘.

The doctor 👨🏾‍⚕️ will give you a simple test which is done by taking a blood test to confirm the condition of your prostate 🚑.

However, by applying the following measures, you can reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer 🆘.

🔰First of all, you must avoid having several sexual partners because this increases the risk of prostate cancer 😢.

Because having several sexual partners increases the risk of having a transmissible sexual disease (STD), and these STDs are a risk of having prostate cancer 😰.

🔰 You should also improve your quality of life by adopting protective habits like avoiding smoking and controlling your weight 💡.

🔰 It is recommended to have sexual intercourse three times a week or 21 times a month because ejaculation allows these toxic wastes to be expelled and protects the prostate from cancer 🧐.

I think it should be 38 times a month, what do you think?
