Stephens recommended filling the dishwand with detergent and keeping it in the shower.

In the shower keep a squeezy to wipe down the shower after each use, then I use an old Teatowel to wipe down the walls. If the base needs an extra scrub in between doing a big clean, I just use one of those nylon Pompoms and give it a rub over while rinsing my self off.
