That's her healthy food list? Green tea is great on its own, put jasmine in it and it is horrid. I agree with the yoghurt, as we always have it in the fridge for brekkie or to make dips etc. I'm sorry but the fig crackers are too hard to eat for some seniors, if they have an afternoon happy hour they normally pick something much easier to go with their cheese. Most seniors I know try to maintain balanced healthy diets by eating meat, fruit and vegetables and drinking plenty of water.

Yes, my elderly mother likes Ritz crackers as they are soft.

I agree, the supermarkets have got many healthy food options.
I buy peanut butter with 100% peanuts , yoghurt , dark chocolate and crackers from Aldi .I have bought the fig cracker a few times , sometimes they are nice and crunchy , but lately they got soft and tough as old boots and they are not cheap. They were still within date for half a year .The ones with hazelnuts are fine and have bought those recently.
