For the seafood lovers out there, this is definitely a must-try! The prawns are cooked in browned butter, which give them a lovely nutty flavour, and the addition of honey and garlic makes it even more irresistible!

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter, browned
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (or juice of half a lemon)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

3. Add the prawns and cook until opaque, about 3 minutes per side.

4. Add the honey, lemon juice, garlic, and shallot, and cook for 1 more minute.

5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

And there you have it! A delicious gourmet-style dish full of flavours, done in less than 15 minutes! And no marinating required! Let us know if you give this recipe a go!
