With the festive season just around the corner, ALDI is making a significant move to bring joy to shoppers.

The supermarket giant is launching a limited-time discount on its Festive Selection Australian Half Leg Ham, a move that is sure to make your Christmas feast more affordable.

Starting tomorrow, ALDI is offering a generous $10 off the total price of the $7.99/kg ham. This special offer will be available in ALDI stores nationwide for three days only, from December 8 to December 10.

The Festive Selection Australian Half Leg Ham is a premium product made with Australian pork cured with sea salt and honey.

This smoked on-the-bone ham is a part of ALDI's Christmas Ham range, which is back and better for 2023.

In addition to the discounted ham, ALDI is also bringing back some of its classic festive offerings. The Specially Selected Premium Triple Smoked Half Leg Ham and Festive Selection Triple Smoked Boneless Ham, both available for $13.99/kg, are some of the favourites returning to the shelves this year’s festive season.

However, take note that these prices may be subject to change without prior notice. It’s recommended that you visit your local ALDI store to verify the current prices.

'The countdown is on to Christmas day, and our hams and frozen turkeys make the perfect centrepiece for any festive table,' said ALDI Australia's Shopping Expert, Kylie Warnke.

'Our hams are delicately cured and smoked for a delicious and succulent result, and our award-winning frozen turkey products are made from Australian turkey.'

ALDI's commitment to providing a wide selection of quality products at affordable prices is evident in their festive range.

'With such a wide selection to choose from, there's something for every taste and budget,' Warnke added.

One of the returning favourites this Christmas is the Farmwood Turducken Roast with Cranberry and Apple Stuffing, available in stores for $29.99. This unique dish features a turkey tenderloin and duck breast wrapped in a de-boned chicken, served with a side of cranberry and apple stuffing.

'We continue to take our customers' feedback into consideration when it comes to bringing favourite products back each season, and while we predict a strong interest in the traditional Christmas favourites, we continue to see our Turducken Roast becoming a returning customer favourite,' Warnke said.

This year, ALDI is also introducing new additions to their festive range. The Festive Selection Crackling Ham for $19.99/kg and the Festive Selection Sliced Ham off the Bone 500g for $10.99 are set to be popular choices for those looking to add a little variety to their Christmas spread.

ALDI’s Curated Collection was also put on shelves recently for those who want to snag delicious Christmas snacks and desserts for under $5. The Curated Collection will be stocked for eight weeks with various treats associated with the season.

Just ask your Deli for a piece, not sliced. But be careful of use bye time as when they unwrap it, it will start to countdown, usually store sliced ham from Deli about 3 days.

Will have to get cracking and get my meat for Christmas Day. Have been so busy cooking over 100 puddings for orders I have. Have 82 done, have now run out of room in fridges to store more. My customer who ordered 100 for his workers will start picking up his order from Monday, then I have to start the rest. Then I have to make 6 family recipe puddings cooked in the cloth for family members to share. I am the only one who makes these puddings since our mum passes away 30 years ago. Keeps our memories of family Christmas’s alive sharing these puddings.
