Dealing with Telstra
My husband has a small business, for 30 years. 20 loyal staff, and truly hardworking people. Our wonderful bookkeeper and Jack of all trades, has had a horrific 6 months of dealing with Telstra. Because she is so articulate, she has documented every communication with Telstra, every person, date and time of contact. She is a tough nut to crack! In the end, she has had a breakdown and sickleave from the stress of it. As a result, we contacted the telecommunications ombudsman. What a turnaround! Within an hour, Telstra was in huge trouble. The head honcho contacted our girl, apologised, gave her name, mobile, and home phone numbers, plus email address. The issue was resolved that day. I think we could all agree about the horrendous service from Telstra. We have paid $20,000,000.00 over last 20 years, but that doesn’t count for much at all. You would expect better service. So to all your readers of your wonderful website, I hope that this story will help others. Don’t accept this treatment from them. Don’t stress yourself out to the point of a breakdown.
