Dags, Noise and Flames​

This was taken at Eastern Creek raceway. A top fuel dragster blew an engine getting off the start line, the resulting fireball burnt the hair off my arms and my eyebrows. Not a perfect shot but definitely one you don't get to capture very often. The noise of those dragsters is horrific especially when your only 20 - 30 feet in front of them and yes I did have a media pass.

This actually looks terrifying but I can't believe you got a clear shot of it! Wow.
