1 with a pick, 1 with a shovel, 1 with a broom , 1 directing traffic and another Supervising. oh nearly forgot the driver of the truck who brought them to the hole
And they are all leaning on them? Which reminds of the joke about the councils who got to to the job without any tools, So the foreman just told them to lean against each other while he went to get them?

A very sad indictment of our work ethic. I always choke when some stupid politician talks about our hard-working Australians. A while ago when I was supervising the commencement of a marble quarry in QLD we hired a number of big burly men who had just been laid off from a mine. I gave them a jack-hammer drill to drill a few holes in the marble. Some of them lasted an hour but the record was held by a chap who lasted until lunch-time. All they could do is twiddle a few knobs. Our hard-working Australians !! Soft as butter
