It's in 2 parts: A woman gives birth to a set of twins, a boy and a girl but they were born in different years. 24 years later, the boy twin marries his sister and everyone is ecstatic about the situation. One was born on New Year's Eve and one born on New Year/s Day and the boy became a Minister and married his sister to her husband.
