Why is the recipe called CURRIED egg salad , I looked over the ingredients, is the Curry missing ?

Anyway, curried or not I reckon it sounds lovely..... I'd certainly give it a run..

I actually really like curried egg sandwich - however I have just realised I have never made it. Can you just put some curry powder in this recipe and mix? Would that be how to make curried egg spread?

• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Pieces of bread
• 1 hard boiled egg

Mix the mayonnaise and curry together , using a fork mash the hard boiled egg .
mix the mashed egg with mayonnaise and curry .
Add salt n pepper to taste.

There you have curried egg for 1 sandwich, just double, triple ect for additional sandwiches

Thanks Suzanne...I can't believe I have not made something so simple that I often order when out but have never made at home. Same with curried sausages - I made for first time other night lol. I make a lot of curries from scratch often but the simple ones I never think to do...

I've been going back to simplicity ️ I find with alot of recipes keep it simple
