Cruskets

When I take a plate of "nibbles" to a function this is what I do instead of buying cracker biscuits.

Get a packet of Cruskets and a serrated knife.

1. Place about 4 Cruskets on cutting board.

2. Hold firmly with one hand or if you have one of those sandwich thingies where it holds the sandwich while you slice in half use that.

3. With the "serrated" knife (must be serrated) use a Sawing motion and cut through the cruskets once. If you are smart enough you can cut into into thirds. I do this with a whole packet. Often wonder why the Cruskets people make them so big in the first place because as soon as I put a filling on top and try to eat the break in half. This way it does not happen. (I have done it with Corn Thinks and Ryvita as well).

I find these are great with dips or for as a base for anything you wish to put on them. The first time I did it quite a few people remarked and are now doing it themselves. Healthier too than other crackers.
