"Indecent filming". I would like to know the legal definition of such a thing. Now if it was expressed as "filming of indecent conduct", perhaps that would be understandable. But isn't indecent or lewd behaviour in public a criminal offence, and wouldn't it be explicable that filming of indecent or lewd conduct is obtaining of contemporaneous evidence.

The article on this issue does not explain what was the so called "intimate" conduct. A response may be dependent on to what extent the conduct was offensive to the public.

As far as their dignity goes, they don't actually have any, so how can you be invading it.

This IS a sticky one!!! A rule today is legal: tomorrow illegal. You know the saying "Here today, gone tomorrow." Morals were blown out the window years ago & all generations now do as they like. My top shop was always "Respect" & still is for EVERYTHING. You don't need rules when you handle other people the way you want to be treated in public or otherwise. Be strong, go home & enjoy privately what you set out to do by feelings for the other people on the beach. When you love someone & RESPECT them, privacy STILL rules. Am I an oldie? You bet I am. I am a nudist and attend a local legal clothing optional beach. We also have a local nudist/naturist group most whom deplore the display of overt sexual displays or activity.
At the same time families with young children often come to the beach and so should also be entitled to enjoy this healthy lifestyle and not be subjected such perverse behaviour.

What you do with your life is your own choice and privilege. I got nothing against that, but, I believe that if you want to enjoy that part by being a nudist with your group, you should be doing so in a private beach/location/environment where no one else is allowed to enter that part unless they have previosuly become members of that club.
Perverts wouldn't then be allowed in and none of these complaints and threads wouldn't have come forward.
