I always get a little sad when an old establishment I used to love gets replaced by something more modern. But hey, times change, eh? This is why photos are so special! They freeze the good ol' days.

I'm the same. The old buildings had real character. It's a sad loss to see them all going. At least you can still see the Bentleigh Flats at the back of the store, and they are still standing.
