Is it true that workers in Australia rioted (in the 80s) to remove coloured toilet paper in the workplace, because the colouring was deemed carcinogenic?
It must have been true because it was discontinued in most other countries too.
I always loved matching them in the bathroom.

Recently, concerns with coloured toilet paper as carcinogenic have revolved around the presence of the highly contentious "forever chemicals". Trouble is, the "forever chemical" misnomer wasn't invented until the mid 2000s so it doesn't apply in this case.
