Coles click and collect
I use this service as I have a disability and cannot walk for very long. On my click and collect they were unable to supply two items both $10.00 each $20.00 total but they charged me for them. I tried the automated systems which are disgraceful to try and use eventually I got through to be told it would be ten days before I got my money refunded. I then rang which is also a disgrace to try and ring when I got through yes I am told it could be ten days I stated that any other company anywhere gives you an immediate refund I am not after a refund I am after money they took for no product. The best she recommended for me was to ring my bank to find out when the money would land. This I am not going to do I should have had my money back as soon as I contacted them it is a debit account and I can anywhere in australia send money to someone via this account as soon as a click of a button. This is very poor of coles.
