Detox drink: Cayenne pepper, ginger and turmeric

Detox drink: a recipe based on cayenne pepper, turmeric and ginger
Ingredients
• 2 pieces of fresh ginger
• 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
• 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
• 4 lemons
• 2 liters of water
• Honey (optional)
Preperation
• Using a juicer, collect the juice from the ginger root and the 3 lemons.
• Combine them in a pitcher and add the water, turmeric, cayenne pepper and a few lemon wedges.
• Sweeten with pure honey
• Let stand for 10 minutes before consuming the drink, so that all the ingredients are well integrated.
• You can keep this drink in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Duration of treatment 5 days at the rate of one glass per day.
