Chicken Wraps with Caesar Dressing

This is one of my go to quick dinners.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken breast
1/2 cup olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon jar garlic
Salt n pepper to taste
Wrap bread
Salad : lettuce , tomatoes
Caesar Dressing
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 garlic clove or 1/2 teaspoon jar garlic
Method:
1. Place chicken in dish.
2. Whisk together oil, rind, juice, garlic and salt n pepper.
3. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
4. In a frypan cook chicken for around 12 minutes each side . Place on a plate and shred.
5. In a bowl mix together sour cream , Worcestershire sauce,mustard,parmesan cheese and garlic
6 . Heat a frypan and lightly brush oil on wrap bread .Cook for 1 minute on each side
7. Place bread on flat surface top with lettuce , tomato and shredded chicken top with Caesar dressing, roll up tucking one side in.
Serve by it self or with a side of hot chips
Note:
1.Marinate chicken the night before this will add more flavour and save time
2. Make the Caesar Dressing the night before this will also save you time although it is very quick to make.
3. Wrap bread you purchase in your bread isle
You can also use pita bread or Lebanese bread
