1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 carrot, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method:
1. Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
2. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
4. Add carrot, capsicum, zucchini, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
6. Serve with a side of rice or noodles.
