Here are the ingredients you need:

1. 200g shortcut bacon, chopped
2. 500g pork mince
3. 200g (1 cup) tomato pasta sauce
4. 6 white bread rolls, in one piece
5. 80g soft butter
6. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
7. 2 tbsp chopped parsley
8. 250g (2 cups) grated melt or pizza cheese mixture
9. 30g (1 cup) baby spinach leaves, shredded

To get started, preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and make sure you have a large baking tray lined with baking paper.

The entire dish comes together beautifully when all the components are prepped, so let's begin with the bacon. Start by heating a large deep-frying pan on medium-high heat, add in the chopped bacon, and cook for five minutes while stirring it often until it becomes crisp and golden brown. Once it's finished, fish out the bacon with a slotted spoon and set it aside.

Next, throw in the pork mince and cook it for a few minutes more. As it's cooking, use a wooden spoon to break it up into smaller chunks until it's lightly browned. Once it's cooked through, add in the tomato pasta sauce, mix it through, and remove it from the heat.

Now it's time to assemble the pull-apart rolls. Take the entire set of bread rolls and slice through them horizontally, making sure each piece is still joined. Lift up the top and use a small serrated knife to make tiny slices on top of the buns, without cutting it all the way through. Combine the butter, garlic and parsley and spread it into these cuts; this will allow the garlic and butter to really permeate the entire dish.

Place the base of the rolls onto the baking tray and sprinkle half of the cheese. Then add the pork mixture, bacon, and spinach. Add some more of the remaining cheese, and cover it with the top of the loaf. Pop the tray into the preheated oven and bake it for between 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top of the bread is lightly browned. Serve it up and watch as your family and friends go wild with glee when they bite into its deliciousness!
