Cheesy Baked Fajita Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet fajita seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix fajita seasoning with olive oil. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat.
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish and top with bell peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with a side of rice or tortillas.
